HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELLERY?
To preserve your pieces, we recommend storing them individually, preferably in their original packaging or in dedicated pouches. Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity, perfumes, and friction with other jewellery.

925 SILVER
925 Silver can naturally oxidise over time. To clean, use specific silver cleaning products or gentle homemade methods, such as baking soda and warm water. Wear, oxidation, or small marks are natural processes and do not constitute a defect.

925 SILVER WITH GOLD PLATING
925 Silver pieces with gold plating require special care. Clean only with warm water and mild detergent, using a soft brush. The plating may lose intensity over time, which is natural and expected.

SIMPLE HOME CLEANING
For unplated silver, you can use baking soda and warm water. Let it act for a few minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry carefully, and store.

NOTE
Avoid wearing jewellery during bathing, at the beach, in the pool, or during physical activity. Small precautions help prolong durability and shine, but natural wear and tear is inevitable and the responsibility of the wearer.

The care and maintenance of the pieces are the responsibility of the wearer.

SIZE GUIDE

To choose your ideal ring size, follow these steps:
Choose the finger on which you intend to wear the ring.
Take one of your rings that you already wear on that finger.
Measure the inside diameter of the ring with a ruler (in millimeters).
Compare the measurement obtained with the size chart available below to find the corresponding size.

ADJUSTABLE RINGS
If your ring is adjustable, only use it within the measurement range indicated on the website. Adjusting to sizes outside this range may alter the shape, ergonomics, and integrity of the piece.

For rings with stones or delicate details, altering the size may compromise the setting or stability of these elements.

ANÉIS AJUSTÁVEIS
Se o seu anel for ajustável, utilize-o apenas dentro da faixa de medidas indicada no site. Ajustar para tamanhos fora desta faixa pode alterar a forma, a ergonomia e a integridade da peça.

Para anéis com pedras ou detalhes delicados, alterar o tamanho pode comprometer a fixação ou a estabilidade desses elementos.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

This exchange and returns policy has been prepared in accordance with current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by them (with the exception of the carrier), acquires physical possession of the item. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, as they are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
After the 14-day period, it will not be possible to request exchanges or returns.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To exercise the right to exchange or return, the customer must contact LEISU via email at hello@leisu.pt, within the indicated period, clearly stating their intention.

The email should include: Customer name | Telephone contact | Order number | Order date | Receipt date | Item(s) to be exchanged or returned | After receiving the request, we will respond with the necessary instructions to proceed with the process.

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
Exchanges or returns will only be accepted if:
The item shows no signs of use.
It is returned in its original packaging.
It is in perfect condition.

LEISU reserves the right not to accept items that show signs of misuse or wear.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

LEISU delivers to:
Portugal: Mainland, Azores and Madeira
International: Only to selected countries indicated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 20 business days, depending on CTT service
European Union: up to 5 business days
Rest of the World: variable, depending on the destination country.

The indicated times are estimates and may vary due to situations beyond our control, such as customs or carrier delays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:
Delivery country
Selected shipping method
Weight and dimensions of the order
Promotional offers or free shipping will be applied automatically when available.

ORDER TRACKING
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
